Commercial
Priced around your book, not a brochure.
We're setting pricing with our first customers based on practice count and claim volume, so we don't publish a public list yet. A short call gets you a real number for your book, not a brochure rate we'd have to change later. Pilot, Growth and Network differ by scope — how many practices, teams and extras — never by safety. Every plan includes the approval gate, deterministic scrubbing, row-level tenant isolation, the audit log and four-role access. Onboarding usually starts with a sample-data demo, then a written scope and quote, then a handful of pilot practices before a wider roll-out. When pricing is standardized, it will appear on this page; until then, honesty beats a placeholder price.

What does rework cost you today?
Move the sliders to your own numbers. It's a useful figure to bring to a pricing conversation.
With your numbers, rework costs about
$2,394 /month
That's 400 claims and roughly 133 staff hours every month spent on claims that already went out once.
This uses only the numbers you entered. We don't promise a specific reduction; on a demo we'll look at where your rework comes from.
Onboarding
How getting started works
- 1
Demo with sample data
We follow one claim end to end and look at your current process together.
- 2
Scope and quote
Practices, volume, payers. You get a written proposal, not a mystery.
- 3
Pilot practices
Start with a few practices in sandbox and production-test modes.
- 4
Roll out
Bring the rest of your client book over when you're confident.
Why no price list?
Compare
What you are actually buying
A quote covers the workbench for your book — not a la carte safety features, and not a black-box that bills without your team.
Scope of practices
How many client practices you run, and how claim volume typically looks across a month.
Teams and shifts
Whether one crew owns the book or supervisors span multiple billers across time zones.
Extras you need now
Patient pay, SMS, analytics depth and priority support — stacked on the same safeguards.
Next step
Bring your practice count and monthly claim volume
A short call is enough to sketch Pilot vs Growth for your book. Prefer to see the product first? Book a sample-data demo, then we quote.
Scope
Priced around your book — not a brochure grid.
Practice count and claim volume drive the quote. Every plan includes the approval gate, tenant isolation and the audit log.
- Pilot, Growth and Network scopes
- Safety features in every plan
- Written proposal — not a mystery

Rework
Know what denials cost you today.
Use the rework calculator with your own numbers. Bring that figure to the pricing conversation so the quote has context.
- Sliders for your volume
- Useful for internal buy-in
- Pairs cleanly with a pilot plan

Onboarding
Start small. Roll out when you're confident.
Demo with sample data, then scope and quote, then pilot practices in sandbox and production-test modes before full cutover.
- Guided first imports
- Sandbox before live payers
- Expand practice by practice

Clarity
Why there's no public price list yet.
We'd rather give an accurate number for your book than publish a price we'd have to change. When pricing is standardized, it will be on this page.
- Not a percentage of collections
- AI assist included as described
- Setup costs spelled out in the quote
Common questions
Is pricing a percentage of collections?
No. Billing companies typically charge their clients a percentage; MEDBIX pricing is based on the scope of your operation.
Is there a setup fee?
We'll be explicit about any onboarding costs in your written quote.
Can we start small?
Yes, that's what the pilot is for.
Are AI features extra?
The AI assist features described on this site are part of the platform. Your quote will spell out exactly what's included.
Want to walk MEDBIX against your real claim mix?
Thirty minutes with sample data. We'll follow one claim through the gate, then talk about your payers, practices and where the rework hurts today.
